Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel any ongoing service, please notify us in writing (email is acceptable) at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. This allows us to plan and allocate resources efficiently. Failure to provide 30 days' notice may result in billing for the following month, and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds for One-time Services
For one-time services, such as website design or logo creation, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our work within seven days of delivery, please contact us in writing with a detailed explanation of your concerns. We will work with you to address these issues, and if a satisfactory solution cannot be reached, we will issue a full refund.
No Refunds for Completed Work
Once a service is completed and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued. It is the client's responsibility to review the work during the project and request revisions or modifications as necessary. If the client accepts the completed work, they acknowledge that the service has met their expectations.
Refunds for Unused Services
If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been rendered, you may request a refund for the unused portion within 30 days of the initial payment. Refunds will be processed on a prorated basis, reflecting the value of the unused services. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund request to be processed. We will issue the refund using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
